Take yogurt or thick curd in a large mixing bowl and whisk to make it smooth and creamy.
Season it well with black salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powders, chaat masala, brown sugar, chopped mint & coriander.
I prefer to add toasted nuts, brings out flavours and adds enticing aroma.These are can be just roasted on a warm pan or by adding a blob of clarified butter. Stir in nuts, melon seeds and pomegranate. Gently wrap all the ingredients.
Refrigerate for 15-20minutes, consume fresh for best results.
Serve as a refreshing accompaniment to any stir fry.
