Tomato Onion & Cucumber Raita

Ingredients
- 550 gm fresh yogurt
- 1 medium size red tomato chopped, 1-2 cm diced
- 27 gm red onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cucumber peeled and grated
- 1-2 green chillies finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds roasted and coarsely ground
- handful chopped coriander
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Whisk the plain yoghurt with salt, and grounded cumin powder.
- Add diced tomatoes, onions, cucumber green chillies and some chopped coriander, mix all the contents.
- Enjoy with parathas, biryanis or pulao
