Watermelon Tangerine Drink
My summers are not complete without watermelons!! It gets essential when summers are humid like now!! Watermelon is a delicious and refreshing fruit that’s also good for you.It contains only 46 calories per cup but is high in vitamin C, vitamin A and many healthy plant compounds.The combination of 92% water and fiber means you’re eating a good volume of food without a lot of calories.Simply delicious and nutritious. This beverage is a refreshing blend of citrus and melon, is sure to satiate your craving for thirst.Grab your glasses before the summer ends!

Ingredients
- Pulp from a small watermelon
- 2-4 triangle slices of watermelon for garnish
- 1 tangerine freshly squeezed
- 100ml coconut water ( optional )
- 1-2 tsp honey if desired
Instructions
- Squeeze juice from tangerines
- Throw the watermelon pulp in the blender. Stir in the squeezed orange juice.
- Finally ice cubes, coconut water to adjust consistency, any sweetener if desired.
- Blitz it all. Ready to devour

There are many flavours we can create with so little variations!!
Herbal Watermelon Drink, add mint.
Spicy Watermelon Drink add chaat masala and black salt.
Floral Watermelon Drink add Indian rose preserve.
Freeze the drink & blitz it again, Watermelon Slush is ready. Kids would love it.
Cocktail Watermelon Drink add vodka or gin.
