RASPBERRY CUCUMBER DETOX H2O
Raspberries are delicious to soak as loaded with fibres, vitamins C, A and K and minerals like folate.
When your glass runs dry, refill or just consume the remaining berries to make the best of its nutritional benefits.
INGREDIENTS
Handful raspberries, squished
Cucumber, peeled, finely sliced
Lemon, 2-3 slices
500ml water
Pick up your favourite glass, pack it up with raspberries, squeeze in the juice from sliced lemon.
Gently roll cucumber between the berries.
Fill up and refrigerate for few hours.
Ready to soak in!!
BLUEBERRY ORANGE DETOX H2O

The blueberries lend a light berry sweetness that really compliments the stronger flavors of the orange and mint.These berries are loaded with antioxidants which play a crucial role in protecting our bodies from free radicals that can damage our body cells.It’s no secret that oranges are an excellent source of vitamin C for a healthy immune system, besides playing an important role in skin health.
INGREDIENTS :
1 small orange, wedges or sliced
small handful, blueberries, squished
few mint leaves
500ml water
Layer up the fruits in your favourite pitcher, chill it for few hours, ready to flush in.
APPLE CARROT LIME DETOX H2O
Not only do these water taste refreshing, they add distinctive, socialising flavours without the unhealthy additives and calories.It’s naturally energizing and will definitely keep you hydrated throughout the day.
Apples and carrots give off a really subtle flavour that’s why it’s a good idea to leave it overnight for infusion.Carrots are full of antioxidants as well as a variety of vitamins A, C, K and B8.Apples are a great source of fibre, most of the nutrients are scattered in the skin, so it’s better to consume with skin.Lime or lemon adding all goodness of citrus, besides helping to keep this drink stay tasting fresh.
INGREDIENTS :
1/2 lime or lemon, sliced
1/2 apple, sliced
1/2 carrot, sliced
500-600ml water
Just throw in your carrot and apple into small sliced chunks, to fit into your selected drinking vessel.
Slice or wedge your lime, add into your fruit and vegetable segment.
Chill it overnight.
Ready for action, spruce up next morning!!
