QUINOA APPLE WALNUT
Healthy, filling, and easy to prepare. Ready to relish in minutes.
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup quinoa,cooked
1 apple cored and chopped
Handful walnuts
1/4 tsp cinnamon sprinkle or to taste
1/2 cup slim milk or plant base milk
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl place the cooked quinoa, chopped apples, walnuts sprinkle cinnamon and stir in milk.
RECIPE NOTES
Please be free to pick apples, nuts and milk to your preference.
Plant base milk for vegan option
I prefer warm milk over cold in my bowl, just tailor the temperature to your taste.
